Space 2 Breathe

Space 2 Breathe is an opportunity for tween, teen, and college aged girls to exhale and learn how to cope with their stress through movement, real nutrition education, and breath work. The girls learn true body confidence through moving their body, nourishing themselves, and using their breath to truly thrive! In a world full of social media pressures, crazy diets, and unprecedented stress; this class provides the girls with a genuine Space to Breathe into the version of themselves that is full of confidence, joy, and wellness!
